Event Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the event hosted by Car Stories PTY LTD (referred to as "the Event"). By purchasing a ticket and participating in the Event, you agree to abide by these Terms.

1. Liability and Responsibility:Car Stories PTY LTD shall not be held responsible for any damage, injury, loss, or inconvenience caused by guests to other guests, vehicles, or properties during the course of the Event. All attendees are expected to conduct themselves responsibly and with due consideration for others.

2. Safety and Compliance:All participants are required to adhere to the Queensland road rules and regulations while attending the Event. Car Stories PTY LTD does not endorse or encourage any form of drinking and driving. It is the responsibility of each attendee to ensure they are fit to drive and adhere to legal alcohol consumption limits.

3. Ticket Refunds:Tickets purchased for the Event are non-refundable except in the event that Car Stories PTY LTD cancels the Event. In such cases, attendees will be informed via email and through our official social media channels. Attendees will be provided with a refund in accordance with the terms set forth by Car Stories PTY LTD.

4. Event Cancellation:In the event of an Event cancellation by Car Stories PTY LTD, all registered attendees will be notified promptly via email and official social media platforms. Car Stories PTY LTD holds the right to cancel or reschedule the Event due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to adverse weather conditions, regulatory requirements, or other situations that may compromise the safety and quality of the Event.

5. Ticket Inclusions:Each ticket grants entry to one person and includes access to breakfast, lunch, and beverages. It is the attendee's responsibility to ensure their ticket is presented and validated upon arrival. Any additional expenses or arrangements outside the scope of the provided ticket are the attendee's own responsibility.

6. Code of Conduct:All attendees are expected to maintain a respectful and considerate demeanor throughout the Event. Reckless behavior, harassment, or any conduct deemed inappropriate by Car Stories PTY LTD will not be tolerated. Car Stories PTY LTD reserves the right to remove individuals who do not adhere to these standards from the Event premises.

7. No Business Advertisement:No business advertisements, promotions, or solicitations of any kind are permitted at the Event, except for Car Stories PTY LTD and their officially announced partners and sponsors. Any unauthorized advertising or promotional activities by attendees, whether for personal or commercial purposes, are strictly prohibited and may result in removal from the Event premises.

By purchasing a ticket and participating in the Event, you acknowledge your understanding and agreement to comply with the above-stated terms and conditions. These Terms are subject to change without notice, and any updates will be communicated through official channels.
